FAQ

Is this blanket really safe around fire?

Yes! Wool is naturally fire-resistant. Unlike synthetic materials that melt or ignite, wool chars and self-extinguishes, making it the safest choice for fireside use. However, never place the blanket directly in flames.

How big is the blanket? Will it fit two people?

64" x 90" (over 7 feet long). Perfect for two people to share comfortably by the fire pit, at sporting events, or while camping.

Can I machine wash it?

Yes! The blanket is triple-washed before shipping and fully machine washable. It actually gets softer with each wash and won't pill or shrink.

What does "triple-washed" mean?

We wash the blanket three times before shipping to pre-shrink the wool and create an ultra-soft texture. This ensures it stays soft and maintains its size after your own washing.

Is it scratchy like other wool blankets?

No! The triple-washing process creates an exceptionally soft feel. It's much softer than typical wool blankets and gets even softer with use.

What's the wool percentage?

80% wool, 20% synthetic blend for optimal warmth, durability, and easy care.

How does the leather carrier work?

Roll up the blanket, wrap the genuine leather straps around it, secure with the buckle, and use the detachable shoulder strap to carry it hands-free.

Can I use this indoors?

Absolutely! While designed for fireside use, it's perfect for indoor use on couches, beds, or anywhere you want cozy warmth.

Is it waterproof or water-resistant?

Wool naturally wicks moisture and stays warm even when damp, but it's not waterproof. It will absorb some moisture in rain but maintains insulation properties.

What's the return policy?

30-day returns, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not delighted, return it for a full refund.

Do the colors fade?

The colors are dye-fast and designed to maintain their richness. Some natural fading may occur over years of use, adding to the vintage character.

Is this good for camping?

Excellent for camping! The fire resistance, warmth, and portability make it ideal. Many customers keep it in their camping gear year-round.

How do I care for it?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. The blanket gets softer with each wash.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes! It makes an excellent gift for outdoor enthusiasts, campers, fire pit owners, or anyone who appreciates quality. We can include a gift message.
